NORDIN PRODUCTS, BRANDS AND SERVICES

This Privacy Policy applies to all services, platforms, and products owned by the Controller, including in particular:

NORDIN-branded websites and funnels,

recruitment platforms and CRM systems,

SaaS and white-label solutions,

the SELLBOOSTERS product and platform (sellboosters.com).

SELLBOOSTERS is a product owned by NORDIN Sp. z o.o.
The controller of personal data processed in connection with the use of the sellboosters.com service is NORDIN Sp. z o.o., unless, in a given scope, the platform user (e.g. a client or an agency) acts as a separate data controller within their own sub-account.

NORDIN CONSULTING acts exclusively as a data processor, based on a personal data processing agreement, and solely on the documented instructions of the Controller.

SCOPE OF APPLICATION OF THE POLICY

This Policy applies to personal data processed in connection with:

visiting websites and funnels,

participation in recruitment processes,

employment and delegation of workers,

cooperation with clients, partners, agencies, and agents,

use of platforms and sub-accounts (including SELLBOOSTERS),

communication conducted via forms, emails, SMS, chatbots, and voicebots.

PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASES OF PROCESSING

Personal data are processed in particular for the purpose of:

conducting recruitment processes and delegating workers,

performance of contracts and provision of services,

operation of platforms, sub-accounts, and CRM systems,

operational and marketing communication,

use of automation, AI, chatbots, and voicebots,

fulfilment of the Controller’s legal obligations.

The legal bases for processing include in particular:

Article 6(1)(a), (b), (c), and (f) of the GDPR, as well as applicable provisions of labour law.

PLATFORMS, SUB-ACCOUNTS AND THE SAAS MODEL

Within platforms and white-label solutions (including SELLBOOSTERS):

clients and agencies may act as separate data controllers with respect to data processed within their own sub-accounts,

NORDIN acts as the controller of its own data (e.g. account data, billing data, technical support),

NORDIN acts as a data processor with respect to the technical infrastructure of the platform.

AUTOMATION, AI, CHATBOTS AND VOICEBOTS

The Controller uses automated solutions, including chatbots, voicebots, and tools based on artificial intelligence, in order to streamline communication and operational processes.

These solutions:

do not make final legal or recruitment decisions,

do not produce legal effects without human involvement,

serve as process support tools and are supervised by NORDIN personnel.

DATA RETENTION PERIOD

Personal data are stored:

for the duration of a specific process (e.g. recruitment),

after its completion – with additional consent – for a maximum of 36 months,

until consent is withdrawn,

or for the period required by applicable law.

RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS

Data subjects are entitled to the rights provided for under the GDPR, in particular the right to:

access their data,

rectification,

erasure,

restriction of processing,

data portability,

object to processing,

withdraw consent at any time.

The Controller reserves the right to introduce changes to this Privacy Policy.
The current version of the document is always available on the websites owned by NORDIN.

NORDIN uses modern technologies in the field of automation and artificial intelligence, while maintaining the principles of personal data protection, transparency, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
